Ramirent awarded Great Place To Work® certificate for the 4th time

I started my adventure with Ramirent in 2006 as a Sales Advisor. After two years, I was promoted to the position of Branch Manager, which involved managing the work of 16 people in 3 branches subordinate to me. Since 2012, I have taken up the position of Regional Director. Additionally, since 2016, as Commercial Manager, I have been able to have a real impact on shaping the company's sales policy. My greatest satisfaction comes from working with people and taking up challenges, thanks to which I continuously develop my competences.

I have been working at Ramirent since 2007. I started my career as a sales advisor. I worked in this position for more than seven years. During this time, I gained a lot of experience and got to know a lot of great people, with whom I still work today. During these years, I also established a lot of contacts with customers with whom we still work today, learning the specifics of these relationships - a satisfied customer , a loyal customer. In 2018 I took on the position of Regional Sales Manager and then became District Manager currently managing 7 branches in three provinces. I have always started from the premise "first give something from yourself and then demand from others". Over the years and from the perspective of the positions I have held, I have observed the company's continuous development. Ramirent is a place that gives a lot of opportunities for personal development, appreciates the employee's commitment and creates a nice working environment. I am proud to work in this company, currently one of the largest in Europe in this sector, which is constantly developing and presenting new challenges.

My greatest satisfaction comes from working with people and creating a strong team with whom they can achieve higher and higher goals even in difficult circumstances. I was able to participate in the creation of the Customer Service Standards, making Ramirent a market leader when it comes to customer service. She always does her job with a smile and passion, which motivates the whole team to work together.
