Work performed from scaffolding, work at height, is associated with high risks that can result in serious accidents to workers and bystanders. Therefore, it is very important that scaffolding be assembled, dismantled correctly and by persons authorized to do so, thus reducing the risk of accidents and ensuring maximum safety for workers performing work at height and the vicinity of the scaffolding structure. We perform scaffolding work in accordance with statutory health and safety regulations and the guidelines contained in the "Agreement for Safety in Construction". Through the control procedures implemented, at each stage of scaffolding work, we ensure the highest possible level of safety for all employees on site.

Aluminium scaffolding / mobile scaffolding

The lightest form of scaffolding with many applications and usability. Aluminium scaffolding is available in sets for different heights of mobile scaffolding tower sets. Manufacturer: INSTANT.

Stairs / staircases / communication risers

Spacious steel structure fitted with full-length aluminium staircase with handrails with a base size of 1.40/1.57 m x 2.57 m. Can be used as a free-standing staircase or as a communication riser connected to a scaffolding structure. Stairtreads/towers are used for vertical communication used e.g. in excavations or additionally in scaffolding as staircases. They are a supplement to the vertical communication ladder installed in the scaffold width area for every 40 m of length in the scaffold set. They meet the requirements according to the "Stairs in Construction Work" regulations. The permissible load is 2.0 kN/m2.

Facade / frame scaffoldings

Hot-dip galvanised steel scaffolding for, amongst other things, renovation work, façade work, essential for insulation, conservation work, etc. The construction of frame scaffolding (average weight 17 kg/m2) is lighter than that of modular scaffolding (average weight 25 kg/m3), which makes it quicker and easier to erect than other scaffolding systems.

This scaffolding system is characterised by a small number of 7 basic elements: base, vertical frame, handrail, platform, brace, bleeding bar, anchoring elements (eyebolt, anchoring clip, cross coupling).

Facade scaffolding with a vertical frame width of 0.73m (working platform of 0.64m) offers a working platform load of up to 6.0 kN/m2, moreover, when the scaffolding is separated from the wall by more than 20 cm, it is possible to install additional guardrails and internal curbs, i.e. on the side of the object wall where the scaffolding is placed.

The internal guardrails protect the user against falling from a height, i.e. between the scaffolding and the wall. The lengths of the scaffolding bays/braces are 0.73 m, 1.09 m, 1.57 m, 2.07 m, 2.57 m, 3.07 m.

The scaffolding is characterised by its low weight, screwless and simple plug-in assembly and disassembly of the vertical scaffolding frames.

For façade scaffolding, the stability of the scaffolding is ensured by anchoring to the wall, vertical bracing and platforms installed in all scaffolding bays across the entire width of the scaffolding. Correct anchoring must be carried out in accordance with the scaffold manufacturer's DTR/instruction manual. The grid and number of anchoring is variable and depends on the additional accessories used, e.g. protective nets, tarpaulins, advertising banners, protective canopies, lattice girders, expansion consoles, rubble chutes.

Depending on the client's needs, we have the following scaffolding types: with a frame for bay windows on buildings, with a 1.5 m passage frame for pedestrian traffic on the lowest floor of the scaffolding, mobile, free-standing, suspended/hanging.

The maximum scaffold height according to the manufacturer's guidelines is up to 80 m. For scaffold constructions with greater heights, Ramirent offers full design support and individual technical designs with static calculations.

Modular / Spatial scaffolding

The most versatile hot-dip galvanised steel scaffolding system. It enables the creation of any structure, even the most complex one. It is recommended for use in inaccessible areas, for irregularly shaped objects it gives definitely more possibilities of use. Modular scaffolding makes it possible to reproduce the shape of a building. This type of scaffolding can be used to erect wall constructions for façade works, masonry works, canopies/roofs, footbridges, work platforms, stages, grandstands, mobile scaffolding, scaffolding sections for crane handling, hanging scaffolding, free-standing scaffolding, supporting scaffolding, special structures, complex spatial structures, structures for advertising banners, supporting structures, communication stairs, covering scaffolding. Once the design and static calculations have been made, it allows the construction of scaffolding structures with very high load-bearing capacity, height and strength.

We can design any scaffolding structure for your needs. Our Design Department uses the latest working media, making it possible to view the design in 3D and in the BIM standard - Building Information Modeling (provided the client has a design of the building under construction in BIM). We are authorised to design individual scaffolding constructions.
