Polyurethane foam production plant
The project involves the construction of a modern polyurethane foam production facility being built in Maryszewice, which is adjacent to Leszno in the Wielkopolska region.
The new factory will be called TB Foam Solutions and will become part of the EuroComfort Group. It will be responsible for producing polyurethane foam for Euro-Comfort and Euroline. Thanks to local production, the need for transport will be reduced, contributing to a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions of more than 1,500 tonnes per year. The state-of-the-art plant, which will be one of the most modern in Poland, will begin operations in the third quarter of 2025. The investor in this project is Euro-Comfort, which has had manufacturing operations in Leszno for years.
Ramirent Construction Equipment Rental in Leszno played a key role in this project, supplying 18 lifts of various types and a wide range of light equipment, including pumps, drills and cutters. Thanks to the project's convenient location close to our branch, our technical support team was able to respond immediately to Clients' needs, providing quick and efficient solutions. In addition, a Kramer 5035 wheel loader was hired to assist the installers in maintaining order while digging the trench for the electrical cable, while a telehandler facilitated the transport of materials and the installation of storage racks. Scaffolding and a Faraone ladder were invaluable for working in the confined space of the production hall, enabling tasks to be carried out safely and efficiently.
