Concrete drilling rig - how to use it?
The drilling unit enables precise drilling of holes of various diameters in concrete, reinforced concrete and asphalt. It is particularly suitable for construction and renovation work, but can also be used for drilling through holes in ventilation, electrical, sanitary or heating installations.
How do you use a concrete drill?
In order to properly drill a hole, the first thing to do is to attach the rig correctly. To do this, it is best to remove the drill rig and set it aside. Next, we bend the arm in the base of the tripod, which determines the drilling axis. Position it so that it marks the centre point of the hole to be drilled. We then mark the location of the anchor and set the tripod down. Fix the anchor in the ground, bring in the tripod and screw in the mounting screw (tighten it all the way to make sure the tripod is stable). Then use a spanner to tighten the screws in the base of the tripod to level it. To drill the hole at an angle, position the tripod according to the degrees on the scale on the tripod. On the adjusted tripod, mount the drill back, connect the hydronet or other water source, and mount the drill. To unlock the movement of the drill rig on the tripod, pull back the lock on the left side. The equipment is now ready for use. The control panel is located on top of the drill rig.
