The investor is GMT SALDO SPÓŁKA Z O.O., and the expected completion time is approximately two years. IMPLEMENTATION

The Ramirent construction equipment rental company in Kalisz played a key role in the project by providing the necessary construction equipment, which significantly accelerated and facilitated the various stages of the work. The social containers provided provided facilities for the workers, the floor supports made it possible to stabilise and rebuild the internal walls, and the Bobcat E10 mini-excavator made it possible to carry out earthworks inside the building, where larger equipment would not have had access. In addition, the GTS1300 branch shredder made it easier to tidy up the green areas around the project, while the carpet ripper significantly improved the removal of old carpets, speeding up the preparation of the surface for further work. Thanks to efficient logistics and deliveries by various delivery vehicles, the entire process went smoothly and without any downtime, allowing the investor to efficiently implement the next construction stages.
