7R Lublin East

The expansion of a modern logistics complex in Lublin will create 110,000 m² of modern warehouse and logistics space in the industrial part of the city.

7R Lublin East

The expansion of 7R Park Lublin combines sustainable construction with modern logistics solutions. The first phase of construction has been completed, with two of the five planned buildings completed to date. The remaining three buildings will be completed by June 2025. Renowned companies such as MARKBUD Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowe, PAL-GAZ Palacz sp. z o.o., DEKPOL Budownictwo sp. z o.o. and MGI Bau sp. z o.o. are participating in the project. The new investment at 7R Park Lublin is fully in line with 7R's development strategy, offering modern warehouse and logistics space in the heart of industrial Lublin.

For this project, construction equipment hire company Ramirent in Lublin played a key role, supplying a wide range of specialist construction equipment required to carry out the work efficiently and effectively. Among the rented machines was a 13-tonne roller, essential for soil compaction and site preparation. In addition, seven Manitou 180ATJ lifting platforms were provided to enable safe work at height, as well as five Haulotte Compact 14 and five Haulotte 15IP models for increased mobility and precision. A JCB 540-180 telehandler and a Volvo L30 loader were used to transport and load materials. In addition, a lighting mast was hired to ensure adequate working conditions after dark and a 5,000-litre tank to facilitate the management of resources on site.

CHALLENGE

The transport of the machinery was organised on an express basis, involving deliveries from various regions of Poland. Thanks to efficient logistics and coordination, the equipment ordered on Friday already arrived at the construction site on Monday, allowing work to start quickly. A particular challenge was the unloading of the 5,000-litre tank, which required precise handling due to its dimensions and weight. The operation was carried out using our HDS, which allowed the tank to be placed safely and efficiently in the designated location, despite limited space and difficult terrain conditions.
