Washing the Roof of the Palace in Kamień municipality of Ceków-Kolonia

PROJECT

The project concerned the cleaning of the roof of the Palace in Kamień, located in the municipality of Ceków-Kolonia. The aim of the task was to restore the aesthetics and cleanliness of the roof, which was necessary to maintain the appropriate maintenance standards of the building. The work lasted for a period of three weeks, and required the use of specialised equipment and a precise approach, due to the difficulties associated with access to the roof and the nature of the terrain around the palace

REALISATION

Cooperation with the Ramirent construction equipment rental company in Kalisz, which provided the right equipment to carry out the complex work at height, played a key role in the implementation of the project. A MANITOU 220TJ diesel aerial work platform was hired for the task, which proved ideal for cleaning the roof of the Palace. Due to the difficulty of accessing the palace and the unpaved terrain around it, it was essential to select a lift with off-road wheels and a sufficiently large lateral reach, which allowed precise and safe access to hard to reach areas on the roof.

CHALLENGE

This lift not only provided stability and safety, but also enabled the workers to effectively reach any, even the most inaccessible areas of the roof, without risking damage to the area around the palace. By delivering the equipment using a low-loader trailer, it was possible to easily drive into unpaved terrain, allowing the project to run smoothly without delays.
