Construction of flats on the Oławka River
In Wrocław, on Krakowska Street, flats known as the Oławka River are being built. Ramirent is supporting the realisation of this project by providing the containers necessary for its smooth progress.
As part of Dom Construction's development in Wrocław, 20 containers were rented for construction facilities. The facilities were carefully designed to fully meet the organisational and social needs of the project.
The rental of the facilities is planned for 20 months, starting in the first quarter of 2024, which guarantees adequate working conditions at each stage of the project.
The facility includes 18 office containers, providing comfortable working conditions for the administrative and technical team, and 2 sanitary containers, serving as hygiene facilities for the employees.
To facilitate access to the containers on the upper floor, external landings on the first level and an external staircase were used to allow efficient and safe communication between floors.
